Terms of Service for Wuwei

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Wuwei mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Wuwei is a productivity and mindfulness application designed to help users manage tasks, focus, and schedule events. The App provides features such as task management, focus loops, notifications, and integration with third-party services like Google Calendar.

3. User Accounts and Privacy

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account using your Google account or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Wuwei allows users to sync tasks and focus sessions with Google Calendar.

By enabling this feature, you grant Wuwei permission to view, edit, and delete events within your Google Calendar.

Wuwei only accesses calendar data created by or relevant to the App's functionality. We do not use your calendar data for advertising purposes.

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (If applicable)

Wuwei may offer premium features through subscriptions or referral codes. All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to create or distribute malicious content, violate the intellectual property rights of others, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code related to the Wuwei App are the intellectual property of the Wuwei development team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wuwei is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall the developers of Wuwei be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including missed alarms or calendar sync errors.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
