Wuwei is committed to protecting your privacy. All voice and text processing follows strict security and transparency standards. This policy outlines how we access, use, transfer, protect, and retain your data.

1. Data Access: What Data We Collect
When you use Wuwei, we access the following information:

• Audio & Notes: Your voice recordings and text entries.

• Account Data: If you sign in with your Google account, we access your basic profile information (such as your email address) for secure authentication.

• Google Calendar Data: If you explicitly grant Calendar access, Wuwei requests scopes to access your Google Calendar to create, view, edit, and delete calendar events that are managed through the app.

2. Data Use: How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to provide and improve Wuwei’s user-facing features:

• Audio and text entries are processed temporarily to suggest and auto-classify reminders.

• Account data is used to store your tasks, active alarms, and app preferences securely on Firebase, enabling seamless synchronization across multiple devices.

• Google Calendar data is used exclusively to sync your Wuwei reminders with your calendar. Wuwei does not read, store, or use any personal calendar events that were created outside of our application.

3. Data Transfer: How Data is Shared
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your raw or aggregated/anonymized user data (including Google user data) to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (such as Google Firebase for cloud storage and Google AI APIs for semantic scheduling) strictly for the purpose of operating the app’s core functionality. All purchases are handled securely by Google Play; Wuwei never accesses or stores your banking or credit card information.

4. Data Protection: How We Secure Your Data
We protect your data using industry-standard security measures. All data transmitted between your device, Firebase, and Google APIs is encrypted in transit. We enforce strict access controls and secure infrastructure to ensure your personal information remains safe and private.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and keep your devices synced. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Upon account deletion, all your tasks, preferences, and synced data are permanently purged from our Firebase servers. (Note: Calendar events previously created by Wuwei will remain in your Google Calendar unless you delete them manually or through the app prior to account deletion).

6. Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure
Wuwei's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Artificial Intelligence & ML Model Training Restrictions
Smart semantic scheduling is processed using secure Google AI APIs. We strictly adhere to Google's Limited Use restrictions. Raw and aggregated/anonymized Google user data is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized or third-party AI/ML models. We do not transfer any user data to third-party services that use it to train their AI/ML models.
